David Russell of the Consumers Institute talks to Tino Pereira about the upcoming appointment of an Ombudsman to oversee the insurance and savings industries. He says he believes the position will be based closely on the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, and this will serve consumers very well as the Ombudsman will be an independent arbitrator.
