The recording begins with the news read by Rachel Hart, sports news with Chris Forster, then the Kitchen and Garden Show with Tony Murrell and Helen Jackson until 10am. They answer listener questions about cooking and gardening. A mix of talkback advice, radio commercials and infomercials.
Graeme Hill is the host from 10am to 12pm. A mix of radio interviews and commercials, with regular contributors Shannon Lush (household hints), Max Cryer (words and grammar) and UK correspondent James McCabe.
After the 11am news and sport, Gordon Stevenson is interviewed about his conservation work, Chris Forster talks about sport and Kevin Hackwell of Forest & Bird talks in favour of ERMA's decision to continue 1080 use.
The 4pm to 5pm segment begins with the news read by Julie Moffett, then it's the Best of the Week.
The 5pm to 6pm segment is Public Address Radio with Russell Brown and David Slack - it includes 180 minutes with Craig Ranapia and interviews with TVNZ's Australia correspondent Garth Bray and author of "No Right Turn", Chris Trotter.
