Marina at the School for the Deaf, Titirangi.
Broadcaster Marina [Joscelyne Parr] from 1ZB Auckland, visits a school for deaf children and interviews teacher Miss Kerr. She is heard teaching a class how to vocalise and speak clearly. In another class of older pupils the teacher Miss May leads her class in counting.
In a third class, Miss [Acushla] Flood is teaching mostly boys nursery rhymes and maths.
Miss Webber is teaching 10 and 11 year olds, who also recite a nursery rhyme.
Mr Bates and his senior pupils recite tables involving a rhyme to do with money.
The whole school and Mr Allen then say grace and give three cheers.
