At approximately 34'00" Ted Thorpe introduces some of the show's sponsors and associates, including Eddie Thompson of Timaru on behalf of Fisher and Paykel dealers; Sir Wolf Fisher, joint Managing Director of Fisher and Paykel Ltd; Lever Brothers; Lionel Sceats, Director of Sound Broadcasting, NZBC.
Several anonymous competitors and listeners are also featured. Finally, Mr C. R. Borland, Chairman of Unilever New Zealand Ltd.
Selwyn concludes by thanking many who have helped with the show in the previous eleven years. The audience then salutes Selwyn with a rousing rendition of 'For he's a jolly good fellow'.
