- Māori Scholars - Part 1.
- Dr Ranginui Walker talks with Selwyn Muru about his humble beginings growing up in Opotiki, going to school, gaining School Certificate, to the
dizzy heights of acquiring a doctorate.
Dr. Waker like most Māori who grew up in a rural enviroment have strong
memories of the home marae, and because of the urban drift most of the marae are deserted.
Poem : 'The Old Place' by Hone Tuwhare, read by Selwyn Muru.
