[Note from Alan Leiby - Wellington Ohio Facebook group: WGAR is a local Country radio station that is still playing music today. According to Patty Young, daughter of former Wellington [Ohio] Mayor Robert Young, Sir Francis Kitts, Mayor of Wellington, New Zealand, visited in 1968 while her father was mayor. Patty paid a return visit to Wellington New Zealand in 2011 and a key to the village. It is possible the record, or disc, was sent as a greeting from Wellington, Ohio to Wellington New Zealand, as there appears to have been exchanges between the two cities in the past.
