A party of young women show a group of smartly dressed British, Australian and New Zealand soldiers the sites of Paris. Insignia on the women’s clothing suggests they are from the Red Cross.

Places visited include Notre Dame cathedral, a museum, a park, the Eiffel Tower. During the excursion a building with sandbags stacked up around it to protect it from bombing is pointed out. The soldiers climb into the back of a truck, with some saluting as they board.
