THE MINT CHICKS. HOT ON YOUR HEELS

This is the music video for the song, ‘Hot On Your Heels’ by the New Zealand band The Mint Chicks from their 2009 album, ‘Screens’.

The video begins with a baby in a cot and special effects of blurred footage indicate that we are about to see the baby’s dream.
A colourful and busy half animated sequence unfolds, full of animals, shapes, skeletons, creatures and body parts. A moving detached hand moves throughout the footage.
The band also appear dressed as different animals.
The video ends with a shot of the baby crying in the cot.
