Camera pans right to reveal more horses and carts [for deliveries] and more buildings ncluding a brick building with lettering reading “MURRAYS LIMITED”. Intertitle: “Farmers Carts arriving with Milk at the Condensery.” Man standing holding reins with cart bearing milk “cans” behind. Milk cans being weighed on large scales by two men in white coats. Blasts of stream (occupying most of frame)as figures washes and milk cans. Intertitle: “Sugar Room: Nothing but pure cane sugar is added to the milk throughout the process of manufacture.” Figure in white busies himself around steaming vats. The Engine Room - including wheels and drive belts in motion. Intertlite: “Vacuum Pans. The milk is condensed ie. the water evaporated out in these pans under a vacuum.” Man in white peers into round window in scientific -looking spherical chamber with mounted dials on the outside. Intertitle: “Running off the finished Highlander Milk from the Vacuum Pans.” Milk pouring from pipe into “sink” and out pipe in the the bottom. The milk is stirred [and cooled] in revolving barrels. “Fully qualified chemists” look at test tubes “in the laboratory.” Intertitle: “... The tins for containing the Highlander Milk are made by the latest type of automatic machinery. Intertitle: “The Lad With The “Pipes”.” A Highland Piper - complete with bagpipes - by exterior of wooden building; walks passed and stands beside ‘Highlander Condensed Milk. You Can Depend Upon It’ advertisement on same wall - will matching Highland Piper on. “Highland Milk” briefly in [neon] lights.
