PUBLIC RECEPTION AND WELCOME HOME TO SIR WALTER BUCHANAN AT CARTERTON

A record of the public reception held at Carterton to welcome Sir Walter Buchanan K.B MP on July 10 1913. The large crowd listens to a number of speakers.
