We’re pleased to have partnered with libraries and museums around the country to share a special video compilation for Waitangi Day 2022.

Carving, launching and paddling a waka is a huge cooperative undertaking – requiring the knowledge, skill and labour of many people. Only by working together can the waka succeed. As we head to Waitangi Day commemorations, we’re pleased to have partnered with libraries and museums around the country to share Huinga Waka: A Gathering of Waka. This special video compilation can be viewed at the following places. Please contact them for more information.
