THE FINEST WALK IN THE WORLD

A film promoting the scenic and natural wonders of the Milford Track, and surrounding environment, in Fiordland. It also features features a commentary written by the poet A.R.D. Fairburn.

It shows a group of trampers walking the Track; the plants and birds of the area; and Lake Te Anau, Clinton Canyon, McKinnon Pass, Sutherland Falls, Mitre Peak, Mount Tutoko, Bowen Falls and Milford Sound.
