A documentary examining the complications and actualities of OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Producer and sufferer Cosmo Kentish-Barhnes follows an ordinary day for teenage sufferer, Nelly. He talks with Margaret, a hoarder and someone who fears contamination from the outside world. Mark, a man with a compulsion for checking, tells how he must examine his house before and after leaving for fear of burglary. His brother Shaun also suffers from the disorder and describes why he believes he has the condition. The programme then looks at treatments and studies on OCD.
