Rural takataapui and M ori takataapui living in Sydney will be included in the show for the first time. This series will also feature a special to mark the 20th anniversary of the passing of the Homosexual Law Reform Bill.
Broadcast in both Maori and English, TAKATAAPUI is hosted by entertainer Ramon Te Wake (Ng puhi, Ng ti Whatua), actress Tania Simon (Ng puhi, Ng ti Rehia, Ng ti Kura, Ng ti Torehina), and dancer Taane Mete (Ng ti Kahungunu).
