Ceremony includes shots of clergy and religious symbols and military officers in full regalia, on a outdoor platform addressing a crowd. Dignitaries departing.

“Thou Shalt Repay”. People walking up to the Maungakiekie Summit (One Tree Hill). A young man appears to slip and injure himself and is then carried like a sack of potatoes by his two mates to the top. At the top they realise he was faking injury and they beat him and throw him down a bank.
