Plains FM96.9 is operated by the Canterbury Communications Trust to provide facilities for community access and educational broadcasting.
Three programmes:

Tk 2, JAPS DOWN UNDER Produced in Japan by Naoko Kudo and Yuji Hiruma in Japanese. These two were broadcasters at Plains FM in 2002 and, after returning home, continued to produce their programme then send it to Plains FM via the internet. Broadcast 23 November 2003. Duration 13'10"
