1. Sir Francis de Guinguad, the Chief of staff, talks about Bernard Montgomery as a man and includes many personal details. Recorded in the 1960's.
2. Captain Irwin, master of the SS Rangitira, recalls nearly ramming the American munitions ship in Wellington harbour. Recorded in 1962.
3. Paeroa Wineera of Ngati Raukawa iwi plays the Maori flute and is interviewed. She was noted as a composer of waiata and expert in taonga puoro. Sings the poi song that she and others welcomed the Duke of York with in 1901. Recorded in 1962.
4. New Zealand Broadcasting Service in Japan as told by an unidentified male.
5. Sir Leslie Munro speaking about the International Commission of Jurists, of which he is the secretary-general. Comments on the international rule of the law. April 11, 1962.
6. Percy Thomson of Stratford, says that the King's Theatre in Stratford was the first in New Zealand to show talkies. Recorded in 1962.
