Kamiria Mullen is a Pakeha woman, aged 90 at the time of this interview. When she was three months old she was fostered out to a Māori couple.

Ahakoa he wahine pākehā he tamaiti whāngai. Ko ōna mātua nō Ngāti Toa ki Hongoeka. I whakatiputia tēnei wahine i roto i te ao Māori. Nā ka kōrero tēnei wahine mō tōna nei whakatupuranga.
