Māori Poets:

Rowley Habib and Hone Tuwhare are two well known Māori Poets.

- Rowley Habib reads his composition called "The Raw Men" and dedicated to those whose served in the Māori Battalion during the 2nd World War.
Rowley is part Syrian and part Māori from Ngāti Tuwharetoa.

- Kaikōrero: Here he speaks about his beginnings as a writer with Selwyn Murupaenga and reads other poetry he has written.

- Hone Tuwhare reads one of his compositions called "Mauri."
Hone talks about himself and his verse. He was the first poet of Māori descent to have published a book of verse.
