This is an advert for the Land Transport Safety Authority (LTSA), promoting safe driving speeds. A man is driving too fast down an urban street, listening to the radio, when a little girl runs out in front of him. He can’t stop quickly enough and runs her down, killing her. The scene plays several times and the advert ends with the distraught man talking about how he can’t get it out of his head, followed by the tagline “SLOW DOWN”.
