French newsreel filmed on 31 August 1918 at Bligny, northeastern France, on the Western Front, in the aftermath of the Second Battle of the Marne.

General Sir Alexander Godley, commander of the 2nd ANZAC Corps, hosts a visit by the General Henri Mathias Berthelot. They review a march-past of the corps which includes a contingent of the Otago Mounted Rifles, the only New Zealand mounted troops serving with their horses on the Western Front.
