Anti French nuclear test activist David McTaggart returns to Tahiti claiming to have been inside the 12 mile exclusion zone around Moruroa Atoll for 12 days and is appealing to yachts from the New Zealand and Australian protest flotilla to enter the zone in a co-ordinated protest action.
