The film is set in the spartan world of a woman obsessed with cleanliness. A conversation with a photograph of her daughter leads you through her own childhood - dominated by her father. The reason for aberrant behaviour and solo lifestyle is initially only hinted at. Eventually we discover the secret...a secret shared by every father and daughter she was told...the secret of incest. This drama explores the long term effects of incest; the devastation, guilt and fears of the victim.
