Ruatepupuke II, a meeting house which stood at Tokomaru Bay in the 1880s until it was sold, is now in the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago. Māori elders and other family members have held a re-dedication ceremony for the house. Live material from part of the dedication ceremony, reporter Judy Lessing, Tokomaru Bay elder Phil Aspinall, and Field Museum vice president Jonathan Tark [?]. The Field Museum is running a five-year programme for Māori interns to work in Chicago.
