Don Clarke, national co-ordinator of the Council for International
Development, tells Peter Abernethy he defends the actions of Samoa's
Cyclone Val Relief Committee and says the controversy surrounding the
Committee is unlikely to affect future fundraising efforts. The
Committee has been accused of mismanagement by one of its members,
lawyer Olinda Woodroffe.
