No.2 A tribute to Ana Hato who died in 1953, narrated by Ulric Williams. Her songs include 'Hoki Hoki Tonu Mai', 'E Pari Ra', [?],'Te Arawa' a famous duet with her cousin Dean Waretini and to end the programme an excerpt from 'Tales from Maoriland' with Ana Hato singing 'He Putiputi Pai'.

No. [?] A tribute to Ana Hato who died in 1953, narrated by Ulric Williams. Background on her life and songs. Celebrity status was achieved when her first cousin and musician Dean Waretini were asked to perform a duet for the Duke and Duchess of York in Rotorua, a recording contract with Parlaphone followed and before long their versions of 'E Pari Ra' and 'Pokarekare Ana' were world wide. Described as having a natural voice with no musical training and warm hearted person who remaining unchanged by her success, Ana was loved by all. Final songs in the programme include Alfred Hill's 'Waiata Poi' and 'Home Sweet Home' sung from the Wellington Town Hall in 1947 by the Taiporutu Club of Rotorua.
