Comfort, Ray, 1949-
Radio Caroline (Timaru, N.Z.)

Christchurch anti-drug campaigner Ray Comfort, talks about his Christian beliefs and drug abuse prevention, during a Radio Caroline talkback show.

He talks about the origins of his book "My Friends are Dying" which is about the drugs scene in New Zealand.

He set up the Drug Prevention Centre on High Street in Christchurch in 1976 and says he was inundated with demand to give talks in schools, so decided to make a film of the same name.

Talkback callers debate drug use with Comfort, including a man who sells marijuana and a woman on methadone.
