Spectrum Resources Limited have taken the Minister of Conservation to the High Court in respect of Helen Clark's decision to revoke the existing consent for the Monowai gold mine. Spectrum claim that Minister Helen Clarke acted in breach of her legal duties and failed to act
fairly and in accord with the natural justice.
