The Spectrum team join the 4-wheel drive "Deadwood Safari" in the Akatarawa ranges north of Wellington.

Jack Perkins rides in the 'Spectrum Car' with driver Ray Helms and keeps in radio contact with Alwyn Owen at base, whilst Peter Kingston and Dougal Stevenson walk around the track.
