Kepa Ehau - Te Koutu.

In this recording, Māori orator Kepa Ehau, gives a talk on the history of Te Koutu. Te Koutu is a settlement 1.5 miles from Ohinemutu, along the western shore of lake Rotorua. This recording was conducted at that location.
