have condemed the French action being "colonial aragance" the French have
defied world opinion and gone ahead with its tests.

Sorrow and disappointment are the reactions from New Zealand's Pacific
representatives over France's first test at Mururoa. Cook Islands Consul
General Bill Tereki says its disapointing that France has gone ahead with testing
dispite National protest.

Preparations ae underway in Nz to fill a chartered flight to Tahiti next month to
add to the protest against France's decision to resume Nuclear testing. The
jet will take Māori.Pacific and Pakeha women. Heading the delegation is

Two Hundred people attended the launch of the Super League which was held
simultaneously in Auckland, Sydney and London. the arrival of Super League will
see more top level football and feature One hundred and sixteen matches which will
accumalate in a five team play off series.
