Kim Hill speaks with Detective Inspector Colin Lines about the continuing search for Paremoremo Prison escaper Dean Wickliffe. Peter Abernethy reports that at least one resident of the small town of Maketu disagrees with claims that townspeople are sympathetic to the prison escaper's plight. Maketu is the small tow n at the centre of the Police man hunt for Dean Wickliffe. A report on a snap debate held in Parliament which revealed that Eastern Māori M.P. Peter Tapsell knew Dean Wickliffe as a boy.
