Brian Schlaepfer, a 66-year old grandfather, shot dead six members of
his family before turning the gun on himself. The shootings occurred at
a farm in Ostrich Farm Road in the town of Paerata, near Pukekohe. Nick
Hirst reports that police are examining the crime scene this morning.
