He Panana, he kōkōnati, he taro. Ka mea mai ngā tāngata nō Tahiti kāore rātou e hiahiatia ana i ngā Wīwī i runga i tō rātou whenua.

Greenpeace decided to go back to Auckland. They wanted to go to Tahiti because they have generator problems and have been stalled by the French to enter the shores. So the decision was made that they will travel back to Auckland. It will take 9 days and they left Mururoa six days ago. A group of Tahitians came to have a talk and they brought bananas, taro, coconuts with them. They totally agreed with the Greenpeace movement to ban the bombs. Two more boats are going back to NZ, the Alliance has already left. The GP is a luxury boat compared to the Vega, several reporters have gone back to Tahiti and will fly back to their own countries.
