A barber’s shop, transformed into the set of a musical.
Three waiting customers, dressed identically, are handed newspapers by the female assistant. With synchronised movements, they cross their legs and read them.
A barber sings the Loxene jingle as he finishes cutting a man’s hair:
“I’m so keen on Loxene
Loxene haircream
Keeps my hair and scalp so clean...
“You’ll feel sophisticated, handsome and debonair
Just keep Loxene for your hair.”
The man buys a jar of Loxene and is met by two women in party dresses. They twirl towards him, taking each arm.
