Lloyd Scott drives Barry Crump from a Toyota car dealer’s to a wedding in Wellington’s Old St. Paul’s cathedral. He drives skilfully but recklessly and at speed through obstacles in Wellington streets - including a thwarted attempt to go through the Haitaitai bus tunnel under Mt Victoria. Voiceover at commencement of journey: “Introducing the very new, flash, Toyota Hilux SR5.” The quip-laden ride displays the features of the Toyota utility vehicle. Finally, at the church, the groom, having changed his mind, runs to them and leaps on the back - and they’re off again. Onscreen bottom right at conclusion: “TOYOTA” with the slogan “You’re so right” underlined and in cursive script.

Televised only twice before being taken off air on the grounds that it may encourage dangerous driving.
