''Mitre10 Dream Home is back for a record ninth season, setting the challenge again for two young families to renovate and extend two old relocatable 1950's houses and transform them into stunning new family homes.
At the end of the series both houses will be auctioned but only one will be sold. The other will be the grand prize, contents and all, for the winning family - a prize package of well over $250,000!
This year Mitre10 Dream Home, coming from Hawera, has had a bit of a make-over itself, this time it is the Ultimate Mitre10 Dream Home.
