Derek Lardelli leads a lecture at Te Papa on Tā Moko, A history on skin. He presents recipients of the moko art form known as Pūhoro or moko on the lower back, the legs and the buttocks – prior to this, Derek speaks of his kuia who wears a pūkauae, or moko on her chin. Derek shares that his people were done at a young age.
