This film may actually be titled “Fijian Holiday”, it was made by Robert Steele to promote TEAL and QANTAS airlines and the new routes and destinations in the Pacific.
Tasman Empire Airways Limited (TEAL) and QANTAS were just beginning to fly to Fiji and many Americans would fly on to New Zealand on board TEAL as well as other passengers continuing on to the Cook Islands and Tahiti.
