Queen Elizabeth II drives past crowd lined streets, waving from the car, possibly in Palmerston North. Crowds on the edging of a railway line awaiting the arrival of the Queen. Train drives past and stops amongst the crowd. The train departs and the Queen waves from the rear of the caboose. Decorations on the Wellington Town Hall and Wellington library, looking up Cuba Street from outside the Town Hall. The Town Hall in decoration. Mount Victoria end of Courtney Place.
