“WHANAU” - PART 2.
A documentary about four Māori families who welcomed new babies into their whanau at the turn of the millennium. The second part features two families – the Ngawati-Glassies and the Ormsbys.
Renei Ngawati was in the second year of her university studies when she became pregnant with her first child. Renei was determined to carry on with the help and support of her partner, Neil, and their families.
Rachel and Travis Ormsby married at a young age when Rachel was pregnant and the programme examines the role of their Mormon faith in their family life.
