“Three camera crews were given six months to film the lives of nine students who attend Auckland’s Selwyn College – the results are here in this documentary series.” Publicity.

Students profiled:
“Thurlow, 17, is a drummer and award-winning photographer, he decided to go to Selwyn for a change of scenery.
Wendy, 17, shifted to Selwyn to pursue her love of the arts. Her hobby is to master the trapeze.
Ashton, 18, is the resident sports jock and aims to win School Sportsman of the Year for the second time.
Troy, 16, a gay student who is in a relationship with a 19-year-old man. Although he lives on the North Shore he travels a total of three hours a day to attend Selwyn because of the anti-harassment scheme.
Shari, 16, did badly at school last year and she’s having issues with absences from school.
Anton, 16, is at Selwyn for the performing arts programme. His dream is to become a dancer on a cruise ship.
Allie, 18, is Head Girl. She shifted to Auckland from Northland and wants to join the Army.
Celia, 16, dreams of joining a band and becoming famous.
Amber, 17, left home to flat in central Auckland and works hard to pay her own way. She dreams of becoming a go-go girl in Melbourne.” Publicity
