Trouble at Bill: Alarms expressed about a botched investigation into an illicit sex ring in Dunedin provoked an internal enquiry and a report but these have not satisfied critics. The Police Association says the report raises more questions than it answers. Detective Sgt Tom Lewis, who first raised concerns, is facing a forced transfer.
