Talks with sex workers, BD operators and the owners of such operations as Bon Ton, Corporate Angels, Toni’s and those working privately. Considers the problems caused by conservative city councils launching by-laws that restrict the areas single worker brothels may reside which has had the effect of pushing the industry underground once again.
