Imagine being the only Māori student at Medical School in the 70's & this is what it was like for Dr Paparangi Reid. Now she's head of the Māori and Pacific Island Admission scheme with 30 student places to fill and less than 2% of doctors are Māori. Paparangi wants this to grow to beyond 15%.In fact, she would like there to be a doctor in every Māori family. Potaka Maipi reports

Organs
Organ donation has become a controversial subject not only in New Zealand but within the Māori community.
