Fiji's Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka says he strongly objects to the New Zealand Deputy Prime Minister Don McKinnon's description of Fiji's constitution as racially biased and unacceptable and he's questioning whether New Zealand has done enough for its own indigenous Maori community. (RVO)
