Labour MPs Trevor Mallard and Phillip Field have tabled documents in Parliament about the alleged selling of Western Samoan passports in Hong Kong to gain entry to New Zealand under the special immigration and citizenship relationship between Western Samoa and New Zealand. Currently charges are being brought against senior Samoan Immigration officials, but it is thought the scam might involve more top level government officials.
