A memorial will be unveiled in Wellington tomorrow commemorating the bravery of Staff Sergeant Dudley Perkins during World War Two in Crete, where he was known as "Vasili" (The Lion Of Crete) for helping organise resistance against the German army before being killed in an ambush.
