Three average New Zealand suburban families swap their lives for 10 days in an unknown primitive culture, the Andrews family from Tauranga live with the Zulu tribe in South Africa, the Sim family from Invercargill live with the Himba tribe in Namibia and the Smith family from Greymouth live with Mentawai tribe in Indonesia. This week the families experience tribal food, men must provide food, women find out harsh reality of life as tribal women, and they face first Tribal Councils and punishments.
