Ngati Uenukukopako, a hapu of Te Arawa, is concerned that expansion of the Rotorua Airport to accommodate Transtasman flights will mean a further erosion of their marae environment and affect their kura kaupapa. The hapu has lodged an appeal with the Environment Court.
